To Jakarta - cheaply

I've been backpacking & hostelling for a few years since graduation. Been to many countries and done wonderous things. Want info on this, just drop me a note and I'll help as much as I can.

Recently, I've been travelling back & forth Indonesia, Jakarta to be precise. I can help you with info on how to get there at half the price!

More info later.

What I'm about.

I'm smart, independent and appreciate intellect, wit and humour in others; loves travelling; believes in personal development and dreaming huge; rather adventurous and quite a contradiction; a romantic deep at heart but with a streak of pragmatism that outshines it; modern and feminist in outlook although conventional in actions. I believe family and love is important, so are success, health and wealth. Has spent nights under the stars in a Jordanian wadi and Rajasthani dune; was on a camel at the Pyramids at sunset, a donkey at the Valley of the Kings and an Elephant in the wilds of Chiang Mai. Tried a boiled silkworm (which was delicious by the way!); waded across a low tide in the Isle of Man to collect fresh mussels for dinner; waited for the Loch Ness monster to show up; crazily climbed a Glencoe hill by myself; saw how people lived in a 5000yr old village at Skara Brae; took blurred photos of cute puffins on grass cliffs and seals sunbathing; mooned over the beauty of the Taj Mahal; had a heart-stopping climb up the Eiffel Tower; marveled at the beauty of Bali and Borobudur; gazed at the azure blue of the Marmaris coast and steeped in the bygone Roman era of Ephesus; touched vivid blue and red starfishes and black sea urchins in knee- deep crystal clear waters in Cebu; love fresh hommous and unleavened Arab bread; has vegged out in front of the TV with documentaries, sit-coms and pop series. Future to-dos: earn more than 20mil in my lifetime, marry and have kids, travel around the world including indulging in all the luxury resorts around the world and a stay at the Burj Al-Arab, watch Aurora Borealis in the Yukon, swim in the jellyfish lake in Micronesia, explore the wilds of New Zealand in the footsteps of Lord of the Rings, take a photograph with the Xian Terracotta warriors, behold the World Heritage Sites in China and set up a foundation that will help children and families.
